CNC machinist — night shift
Set and operate 5-axis milling cells on precision components, night shift with a trained second operator.
The work
- Set up and prove out 5-axis programs on DMG and Mikron cells
- Run first-article checks and record SPC data
- Keep tool offsets and thermal maps current
- Hand over to the day shift with written run status
What you bring
- 3+ years on 5-axis mills or Swiss lathes
- Able to read CMM reports and adjust to them
- Working knowledge of Heidenhain or Siemens controls
