From raw stock to shipped part

  1. 01

    Raw stock arrives

Plate, bar and tube arrive with mill certificates and are lot-tagged on intake. Every later record links back to this tag.

    Traceability to heat number

  2. 02

    Cutting

Fiber lasers and saws cut blanks to shape. Nesting software keeps utilization high and offcuts inventoried.

    ±0.05 mm cut position

  3. 03

    Forming & machining

Press brakes form, CNC cells finish critical faces and bores. First articles are measured before a lot runs.

    ±0.002 mm on critical features

  4. 04

    Welding & assembly

Robotic cells run the repetitive seams; certified welders handle the rest. Assemblies are torqued and tagged.

    ISO 3834-2 welding

  5. 05

    Inspect & ship

Final CMM checks, documentation packed with the part, staged for the shipping slot your schedule expects.
